Let's go back to the 1930's, when our farmhouse was built and when we believe the OUTHOUSE was also built since there was no plumbing in the home until the 1960's. The farmhouse is small and was very simply built. The OUTHOUSE, however, was another story. No expense was spared and attention was given to it's finest details.
